The Staffing Cooperative is the first worker-owned cooperative holding company. It starts and acquires human-centered businesses for its cooperative membership. Through its subsidiaries the cooperative builds power for workers through shared ownership and democratic control. Joseph works to bring new worker enterprises to life within the cooperative. He is a founding member of Core Staffing, Bmore Black Techies, and Tribe Works all projects that the fight to overcome the challenges faced by modern workers. He is a software engineer and chef by trade.
