Bio
Federico Parra Hinojosa is an urban anthropologist and ethnographer with a Master’s in Anthropology and a Ph.D. in Political Studies and International Relations from the National University of Colombia. He is a member of the Research Group on Collective and Environmental Rights (GIDCA) at the Faculty of Law, Political and Social Sciences of the National University of Colombia. Federico currently works as a Social Solidarity Economy Specialist with the INGO WIEGO (Women in Informal Employment: Globalizing and Organizing). His expertise lies in urban anthropology, public policy analysis, collective action, and community environmental management, with extensive experience in social organization.
