Mehmet Sarıca is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of INOGAR Cooperative, Turkiye. Mehmet is a key figure at İhtiyaç Haritası (Needsmap), where his leadership since April 2019 has been instrumental in coordinating effective responses to humanitarian crises. A native of Adana, Turkey, he holds a degree in Public Administration from Anadolu University and has specialized in Quantitative Economics from Cukurova University.
