Pamela Kaburu is a Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning specialist with over 10 years of experience in donor-funded programs focused on agriculture, cooperative ecosystems, food security, and livelihoods. She currently works for Global Communities, where she supports the USAID CLEAR program by coordinating data-driven strategies to improve program outcomes. Pamela has held various roles, including leadership positions at Mercy Corps, where she was responsible for tracking program delivery and evaluating results. She is focused on designing and applying monitoring systems that help programs meet their objectives and support both donors and beneficiaries in achieving positive results.
