Tindi Sitati has over 8 years of experience in media and development. She specializes in organizational communication strategies, focusing on stakeholder engagement, sustainable development, and youth and women empowerment. Tindi works with Global Communities as a Collaboration, Learning, and Adapting Officer for the USAID CLEAR program. She has previously coordinated research for USIU Africa and supported youth development in agribusiness. Her experience includes working with the Green Belt Movement on women’s roles in climate change mitigation. Tindi has expertise in knowledge management, program design, and data collection across multiple projects in Kenya.
