American composer Stefania de Kenessey’s music has been heard in some of the most famous concert halls, from Carnegie Hall to Lincoln Center in New York City. She is a versatile composer, writing everything from choral pieces to film scores. Her music has been performed in more than 35 countries. She joins us in Rio de Janeiro to conduct the Platform Cooperativism Anthem, which she graciously composed for the 2019 PCC conference, in English and Spanish. The audience at the Museum of Tomorrow will hear Stefania de Kenessey’s rendition of the anthem in Portuguese, performed by UNIJAZZ BRAZIL, a music cooperative that aims to bring the joys of music to people of all ages and backgrounds.
