Bio
Alexandre is a specialist advisor to the Brazilian Internet Steering Committee – CGI.br, where he works on the agendas of platform regulation, educational platforms, internet and democracy, digital inclusion, and digital literacy, and is a member of the Nucleum of Technology of the MTST. He is an engineer, with a master’s degree in sustainable territorial development at Sorbonne. He has also acted as a senior innovation researcher in ITS Rio.
