Bio
Arun Surendran is the Strategic Director and Principal of Trinity College of Engineering, Trivandrum. He is the Honorary Fellow for Robotics for the Kerala Startup Mission (KSUM) and Senior Fellow of the Defence Research and Studies (DRaS) thinktank. He is a mentor for the Kerala Development & Innovation Strategic Council’s (K-DISC) Young Innovator program, Innovation by Youth with Disabilities and a consultant for the One Local Govt One Idea program. Dr. Arun is Core Group Member for the Kerala Knowledge Economy Mission. Dr. Arun is also the director of Agasthyam International Kalaripayattu and Principal Investigator for the Indian Knowledge Systems Center for Kalaripayattu & Siddhar Tradition awarded by the Ministry of Education, Govt of India. He has received the Medal of Excellence from the Indian Army for his contributions.
