Spandan Pratyush, boasting nine years in the IT industry, holds a Dual Degree (B. Tech & M. Tech) from the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi. Commencing as a Software Developer, he ascended to senior roles, delving into diverse aspects of Product Development. Serving as a Sr. Machine Learning Engineer in Image Processing for two years showcased his expertise in both product and service-oriented companies, often assuming Lead positions. As an advocate for workers’ rights, Spandan actively organized with All India IT and ITES Employees’ Union (AIITEU) and All India Gig Workers’ Union (AIGWU), primarily addressing unjust dismissals. Specializing in Generative AI, he envisions utilizing technology through a cooperative model to foster a more equitable, fair, and democratic tech industry.
