Dr. PV Unnikrishnan, with 37+ years of multifaceted expertise, leads Kerala’s Knowledge Economy transition. Holding degrees in EC Engineering and e-Gov, he excelled in government roles, including COO/CEO. He boasts rich experience in tech development, 5 years at KSSP research center, and mission-critical project management, receiving national and international accolades. He served on the SPB, Kerala, and as a SteP Trainer for NISG, enhancing infrastructure, energy, and governance. As a consultant, he contributed to knowledge management and led Kerala’s innovation promotion for four years.
Currently, Dr. Unnikrishnan directs the Kerala Knowledge Mission, focusing on democratizing innovation, social enterprises, and decentralization. His flagship project aims to employ two million educated individuals in Kerala, reflecting his commitment to socio-economic growth through knowledge and innovation.
