Agasthyam Kalari Group is part of the Kalari retreat center specializing in the 200-year-old art of southern Kalaripayattu and traditional Kalari healing methods. They offer a program called ‘Kalari at School,’ designed to enhance the physical and mental health of students. Additionally, they provide a unique daily program named ‘Nithyam,’ which uses authentic Kalaripayattu techniques to revitalize the body and mind. Training is conducted under the supervision of S. Mahesh Gurukkal, a fifth-generation martial artist skilled in Thekkan Sampradayam style of Kalaripayattu, Siddha Medicine, Vaasthu Shastra, and mystical Tantric practices.
