Angela Chukunzira is an activist and researcher from Nairobi, Kenya, dedicated to exploring the impact of digital technology on labor and social movements. With a Master’s degree from the University of Johannesburg, her research highlights the intersections of digital technologies and societal change. Currently, Angela is a tech and society fellow at the Mozilla Foundation, hosted by Siasa Place in Nairobi, where she investigates “digital labor” and its implications for decent work and future employment landscapes. Passionate about advocating for a Just Transition, her work centers on envisioning equitable digital futures and addressing issues of labor rights and economic justice in Kenya’s evolving digital economy.
