Bio
Carol received a Master’s degree in Technology and Society from the Federal Technological University of Paraná. She is a researcher of ‘Democracy and Technology’ at the Institute of Technology and Society (ITS-Rio). She is part of the Commission for Special Studies of Sustainable Cities and Communities of ISO/ABNT. She co-coordinates the Technical Open Data Committee of the Municipal Council of Innovation, Science and Technology of Curitiba. Her interests are in cooperatives, innovation, and the use of open data for citizen empowerment and sustainable development of cities.
