Bio
Dr. Mathias Nkuhi is a senior academic at the Department of Law, Moshi Co-operative University (MoCU) in Moshi, Tanzania. He holds a Ph.D. in Law from the University of Mysore, India, an LL.M. from the University of Dar es Salaam, an LL.B. from Mzumbe University, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law School of Tanzania. An advocate of the High Court, he has been in service since 2010. Dr. Nkuhi has led and participated in several consultancy projects, including work for ICA-Africa, COMESA/EU, and the ILO. His research focuses on co-operative policy, legislation, and workers’ human rights. He is also an active member of the Tanganyika Law Society and the East African Law Society.
