Minsun Ji (PhD) is the founder/principal of a consulting company, Labor Coop Connection, that provides popular education on labor and cooperative, coop incubation and research on the social economy. She was a fellow of the Institute for the Cooperative Digital Economy (ICDE) at The New School (2019-2020) and was the director of the Center for New Directions in Politics and Public Policy Program in the Political Science Department at the University of Colorado Denver. In addition, she was the founder and the executive director of an immigrant worker center, El Centro Humanitario para los Trabajadores (Humanitarian Center for Workers) in Denver, Colorado, and was a labor union organizer. Her research focuses on global labor issues such as labor and worker cooperative movements, union-coops, and organizing strategies for platform workers.
