Ulemu Kylar Maseko is a Project Management and Community Empowerment Specialist based in Lilongwe, Malawi. With over eight years of experience, she has led various donor-funded projects targeting vulnerable groups, focusing on issues such as Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVC), sexual and reproductive health, and gender equality. Ulemu is a member of the Young African Scholars Network and has collaborated with international organizations like USAID, Norwegian Aid, and the British Council. She holds a Master of Arts in Theology and has received extensive training in gender and development, leadership, and youth-friendly health services.
