Digital reputation systems leave the person doing the driving, doing the hosting, in fear of the occasional bad review. You can get kicked off of these rating systems for getting a bad review, [so that] the odd person that is having a bad day and gives you a bad review, you can be vulnerable because of that. It’s not a path I think we should be going down. We have to think of alternative ways to build trust.
